I was skeptical initially about using a machine to cut my keys, especially since I live about an hour from the key copying machine. The process was easy and as stated on the machine, both keys worked. Although it is more expensive but for the convenience it was worth it. There were to many times going to big box retailers and local businesses that the keys did not work which is very frustrating. Thank you for making me more comfortable at using a Key Me machine in the future for making key copies.

What a concept! The special shed door key I needed had to be remotely cut and mailed to me. Perfect fit! Very satisfied.

Easy to submit order for the padlock key, but it required a special key not available in the kiosk. Key arrived promptly in a few days by mail. Unfortunately the key did not work like the original because the shoulder of the key was not at the right distance from the tip of the key. So key works, but needs to be backed out a little to open the lock.

We needed deadlocks on a couple of doors changed in the next couple of days. The owner came that evening and toiled--yes TOILED! in 100 degree heat and humidity until 9:30 that night. The job ended up being much more complicated than it appeared on the surface and he even had to get more parts and come back the next day (although he left a secure, temporary lock in place). All of this, and he adhered to his original bid, despite the fact that WE added to the work order. On top of this, he was ultra-professional as well as personable. Would absolutely recommend!
